National Holidays:

We will attempt to complete your request for deliveries scheduled for these days. Please provide a valid e-mail address, cell or home phone number in case we need to contact you.

International Orders:

International orders require about 48 hours from the time placed to delivered. We generally ask the overseas florists to select the best seasonal flowers when filling our orders, however, your preference for colors or types of flowers always takes precedence. Selections of flowers available will vary by country.

Receiving Flowers:

If your flowers are not received to your satisfaction, please call us within 48hrs of date of delivery

Prompt Delivery Service:

We pride ourselves on prompt, efficient and personalized service that you can count on to meet all your floral needs. Please allow us to suggest available items for prompt delivery of "last minute" gifts during holiday periods. Place holiday orders early for the best selection... and your peace of mind.

Delivery Substitutions:

We will substitute as per our sub policy online regarding specific items to assure a timely delivery of your gift. We will make every effort to fill your order as close as possible to your original selection. Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers and plants. Specific varieties of colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. Substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements.

Due to time constraints it is impossible to track or predict when an order will arrive. Each of our trucks have left with 50+ deliveries each, and each individual delivery timing varies. Our trucks will be out on the road until ALL deliveries are complete.

There is a 29.99 Cancel fee for all processed orders. As we don't charge for delivery refunds are only done if the products are returned to our store within 48hrs Our driver’s strategy for attempting delivery is as follows:

Attempt delivery at address. If no answer at door call the recipient phone.
If we get an answer from the recipient phone, make other arrangements with recipient.
If no answer at door or phone, we will attempt to leave it with a neighbour, or we will leave flowers by the door.
If address is a condominium with security it will be left with the security at the front desk with a voicemail left on recipient’s phone.
If the address is a business it will be delivered to the person directly, reception, or security depending on what we are allowed to do.
If none of the above is suitable at the time of delivery it will be brought back to the shop for attempted re-delivery.
Businesses are prioritized at a 1-5pm schedule but not guaranteed any specific time.
Funeral Homes & Places of worship are delivered between a 3-8:30 pm of the visitation/service but not guaranteed any specific time.Free Delivery is for online placed orders only and Timed delivery's are 16.99 per item delivered. If there are more than 1 items for delivery to a funeral home only the first delivery qualify's for free delivery, if no specific time is required.
During weekdays residential addresses are typically prioritized for the evening when people are home.

All trucks remain on the road until deliveries are complete, even after the shop is closed.

Delivery for residential or Funeral home delivery is made between the hours of 3-7pm and not Guaranteed any specific time.
